Modern Phoenix

I don't know if you are familiar with this web site or not, but there's a terrific group of people that congregate over at Modern Phoenix.  The web site and community is the love child of couple who adored mid-century modern design and preservation of it throughout the Phoenix area.  Through community forums and a lot of hard work they have provided an extensive database of mid-century modern homes that buyers can find in the Phoenix valley.  Many homeowners have shared their rehab stories and shown pictures and resources that chronicle their successes.  Each year the web site sponsors a home tour that shows you the best of the best.  While my home comes from the time period of many of these, it has a little more hacienda look.  However, with my flat roof, the home could easily become a modern masterpiece.  Only time will tell.  Please don't be afraid to leave me your feedback and check out their website over at http://www.modernphoenix.com
